Myola Terms of Use and Community Rules
Myola is a social network where you can talk in voice rooms, share moments and make new friends. The service is provided by MOYO Social LLC. By using the app you accept these terms.
1. Who can use Myola
You must be at least 18 years old to use Myola. You must open the account for yourself, give accurate information and not transfer your account to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. Community rules
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are not allowed on Myola:
- Nudity, sexual content or offers of sexual services.
- Harassment, threats, bullying and hate speech.
- Any content involving or targeting people under 18.
- Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, drugs or gambling.
- Fraud, asking for money or personal information, spam and advertising.
- Impersonating someone else or using photos that belong to another person.
- Sharing other people's personal information without permission.
- Moving the sale or purchase of coins, diamonds or accounts outside the app.
3. Reports and moderation
Every profile, post and room has a Report option, and you can block anyone you do not want to hear from. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks the rules and warn, restrict or permanently close the account responsible. Coins and diamonds in closed accounts are not refunded.
4. Coins, gifts and diamonds
- Coins are a virtual unit used inside the app and can only be bought through in-app purchase on the App Store. Coins do not expire. Coins cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another person.
- You can use coins to send gifts and use paid features. The coin cost of an action is shown to you before you confirm it.
- Coins spent on messages, gifts and other features are not refunded, even if the other person does not reply.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund rules and are made through Apple.
- Diamonds are the unit hosts earn from the gifts they receive. Converting diamonds to money is subject to the withdrawal conditions shown in the app, including identity verification, minimum amounts and applicable tax rules.
5. Your content
You own the content you share. So that we can show it on Myola, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it, limited to providing the service. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete Account; your remaining coins and diamonds are removed. If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account.
7. Liability
Myola is provided "as is". Users are responsible for the content they share and for their dealings with each other. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Do not share personal or financial information with people you do not know.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; we will announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions and complaints: admin@moyosocial.app.
